An eagle with its wings thrown wide, caught at the moment before it lifts. The feathers are cast individually, right out to the tips, and the talons grip a rough stump beneath.
With an antiqued finish, cast by the lost-wax method — which is why the detail in the breast and wing feathers holds up close. The base is polished flat and smooth, so it sits steady and won’t mark a desk or shelf.
Each one is finished by hand, so the colour varies a little between pieces.
- Sized for a desk, bookshelf or mantel
- Flat polished base
- For indoor display
- 5.8cm tall x 2.5cm wide
