Welcome to Whitethorn & Willow. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Whitethorn & Willow. This shop and website are powered by Shopify.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, apply when you use the site or buy from us. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.

1. Access and accounts
You must be the age of majority in your province or country, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for your account login details and must not pass your account to anyone else.
2. Our products
We try to show pieces accurately. Colour and finish can look different on a screen, and each piece is finished by hand, so no two are identical. That variation is normal. Descriptions, prices and availability can change. We may stop offering a product or limit quantities.
3. Orders
When you place an order you are offering to buy it. We may accept or decline an order. We will confirm by email. Please check the order before you pay.
If we have not yet dispatched the order, email info@whitethornandwillow.com and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After dispatch, returns follow our Refund Policy.
Purchases are for personal use, not for commercial resale.
4. Prices and payment
The price is the price shown when you order, plus taxes and shipping if they apply. Promotions have their own rules. You must use a payment method you are allowed to use. We use Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. If an order is lost or not delivered within a reasonable time, email us and we will replace it or refund you.
6. Intellectual property
The site, name, logo and content belong to Whitethorn & Willow or our licensors. You may use the site to browse and shop. You may not copy, scrape or reuse our material without permission. Shopify’s name and marks belong to Shopify.
7. Third-party tools and links
The site may include tools or links run by other companies. Their terms apply. We are not responsible for those sites.
8. Relationship with Shopify
Whitethorn & Willow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the shop to you. Sales are between you and Whitethorn & Willow, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for products you buy from us or for loss arising from those purchases. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases from Whitethorn & Willow.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes data so the shop can run. See Shopify’s privacy information at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.
10. Reviews and messages
If you send a review, photo or idea, you give us a licence to use it to run and promote the shop. Do not post anything unlawful, copied, or misleading. We may remove content.
11. Errors
Prices, stock and details can occasionally be wrong. We may correct them and cancel an affected order. We will contact you if that happens.
12. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attack, scrape, overload, or misuse the shop, or use it to harm other people.
13. Ending access
We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken. Sections that should survive (including intellectual property, liability, and this sentence) still apply.
14. Warranties and liability
The shop is provided as available. Hand-finished goods will vary. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law in Canada or elsewhere, including if a piece is faulty or not as described.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
15. General
If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us for use of the shop. We may update them on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
16. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your province or country still apply, including in Canada.
