Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada only. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

 

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8 to 14 business days, with tracking provided by email once your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

 

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is $9.95 CAD. Shipping is free on orders of $75 CAD and over.

 

Duties and import charges

All import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.

 

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, contact us at hello@whitethornandwillow.com and we will either replace it or refund you in full. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then get in touch.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the item cost but not the original shipping.
