Wait for the Flash — Kingfisher

A kingfisher thrown open mid-stroke, wings wide, as if the air has just given way. Every feather line, every lift of the beak, every fold of the tail has been cast in brass and then finished by hand, so the metal holds a warm, aged gleam rather than a factory shine.
