We answer every email, usually within two business days, Monday to Friday. There is no call centre and no chatbot — a person reads it.
About an order
Include your order number, which begins WW- and is at the top of your confirmation email. That lets us pull the order up straight away rather than asking you for it and losing a day.
Common questions
Where is my order? Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and arrive in 8 to 14. You will get a tracking link by email when it ships. If it has been more than 21 business days, tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Will I be charged customs or duty? No. All import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is owed when the parcel arrives.
Can these pieces live outside? The pot companions and garden statues are weatherproof and built for it. The small bronzes are indoor pieces — a desk, a shelf, a windowsill. Each product page says which is which.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photograph? Every piece is finished by hand, so the patina varies. Two of the same animal will not match exactly. If yours has arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will sort it.
Can I return something? Yes, within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. See our returns policy for the detail.
Wholesale and larger orders
If you run a shop, a garden centre or a market stall and want to stock these, email us with an idea of quantities and we will come back with trade pricing.
